This is one of the interesting over game from Serie B. As you know, this league totally changed during recent years, averages of goals went up sharply and Novara and Bari are two teams that can play very positive football (especially Bari!).
I count on away team, really strongly. Away from home they are not so strong, but they always score and recieve even more. 
Currently 4th they have an average of 3,15 goals scored in ther games which is really strong. 11 overs in the last 5 games and 5 in the last 6 show that these odds really are silly.
I would perhaps understand them if Bari would play some ultra defensively oriented team, but Novara can not be considered as such. Currently 11th they have an average of 2,3 goals scored in their games and at home against strong teams like Bari they had the most goals scored (2-1 against Frosinone, 1-2 against Avellino, 2-3 against Salernitana and so on. Actucally their unders came against poorer teams that only play defence... 
So, what I expect here is a good game and two teams that should both score: 2-2 is my call!
